The ePhoto code is used when the official form requests a digital photo and signature, notably for driving licence procedures on France Titres and certain ANEF procedures.

No. France Titres states that an e-photo code is valid for one use only. Keep it for the relevant person and application.

France Titres, formerly ANTS, notably handles driving licence and identity-document procedures. ANEF is the portal for procedures concerning foreign nationals in France. Enter an ePhoto code only when the application requests it.

No. A compliant paper identity photo must be presented at the town hall for a French identity card or passport application. These procedures do not request an ePhoto code.

Generation starts only after effective payment confirmation. The code is sent by email when technical processing is complete.

No. Your photo is taken live with this device’s camera, guided in real time (framing, lighting, expression), then checked before payment. This controlled capture guarantees an authentic, recent photo, as official procedures require. Uploaded files are not accepted.

For 2 years after delivery, a documented administrative refusal attributable to the photo or signature entitles you to one retake at no extra cost. Send us the refusal within 30 days of receiving it, with your order reference, under the terms and conditions.

No. The head must be uncovered. Hats, scarves, caps, headbands and all other forms of headwear must be removed.

Yes, but glasses are not compulsory. The frames must not hide the eyes. Lenses must be clear, untinted and free of reflections.

The face must remain fully visible and recognisable. Hair must not cover the face or eyes. Make-up must not alter your usual appearance.

Yes. Service-Public states that the ears must be clear. Hair must not cover the face or the eyes.

The child must appear alone, facing the camera, with eyes open and mouth closed. No arm, hand, dummy, toy or other object may be visible.

The expression must be neutral, the mouth closed and the gaze directed at the camera. The photo must not be retouched in a way that alters facial features.

Payment is processed by Stripe. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay are presented when the wallets are available on the device. Studio ePhoto does not retain banking data.

If no code can be delivered after payment because of a technical incident attributable to the service, production is stopped and the order is reviewed. Any refund due is then approved by an authorised person and returned to the original payment method.

No. Studio ePhoto works directly in your browser, on computer, tablet or phone. No installation, no account, no password.

The photo and signature are encrypted in private storage with no public URL. After delivery, they are archived for no more than 6 months to investigate a refusal or complaint, then deleted. A complaint received before that deadline may justify a 5-year evidentiary hold. Placing an order requires only an email address and, optionally, a first name; contacting us or withdrawing requires the information described in the privacy policy.

Data is shared only with the providers required for the service: Stripe for payment, the technical partner for code generation and the email provider for delivery. Photos are not sold or used for advertising.
