Payment is processed by Stripe, by bank card or, when available on the device, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Studio ePhoto does not store any banking data.

Payment security, file protection and a new preparation following refusal form the service commitments.
Controlled retention
The photo and signature are encrypted and archived for no more than 6 months after delivery to investigate a refusal or complaint. A complaint received before deletion may justify a 5-year evidentiary hold. They are shared only with providers required to perform the service.
New preparation at no extra cost
For 2 years after delivery, a documented administrative refusal attributable to the photo or signature entitles you to one retake at no extra cost. Submit the request within 30 days of the refusal, under the terms and conditions.
